Suki

Work at Home Supervisor

Scotland Office

Suki was born in September 2016. Her mother is a pedigree Maine Coon as were all the other kittens in the litter, there is no father noted on Suki’s birth certificate. She came to live with Kevan in January 2017 as a very small bundle of black fluff with a disproportionately long tail.

After a relatively mis-spent youth and in-depth study of fluid flow, she found her true career in March 2020 as lockdown meant she could focus her attention on supervising Kevan working from home. Some changes were instituted very quickly, for example mouse mats were not tolerated and are repurposed as cat couches. All samples packaging is thoroughly inspected. Work is carefully checked and punishment meted out for any errors. Should we return to the office Suki is looking into ways of continuing close supervision. Many of you will have seen her joining in Teams and Zoom meetings, not usually with much to contribute but interruptions!

Outside work Suki keeps up regular Yoga practice with Kyoko, Kevan’s partner who has been giving Zoom lessons during the lockdowns. She also enjoys nature programs on the television.
