Brynjar has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Odense Teknikum (Denmark). He is a member of the Icelandic Society of Engineers. He joined EFLA | Kevan Shaw Lighting Design as a Company Director in November 2018 when EFLA merged with KSLD.

Brynjar is Senior Director of EFLA’s Industry Department. He has broad experience of electrical engineering and project management both within the multidisciplinary context of EFLA and also having risen to CEO of his former company in Iceland, RTS.  

At EFLA, Brynjar is responsible for the supervision and coordination of large scale projects and business development. His expertise is in design work, control systems, and electrical control and communication systems for road tunnels.

Brynjar speaks fluent Icelandic, English and Danish.
