EFLA Kevan Shaw Lighting Design, a dynamic and independent architectural lighting design practice based in Edinburgh, Scotland, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Lighting Designer to join our growing team. Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be a key contributor to project success, taking responsibility for:

  • Project and Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to designers on project budgeting, scheduling, and deliverables.

  • Client Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.

  • Business Development: Marketing the company to potential clients and preparing compelling fee proposals.

  • Problem Solving: Resolving internal and external project issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Technical Expertise: Providing high-level technical assistance and mentorship to project designers.

  • Operational Support: Contributing to day-to-day administration to support the smooth operation of the company.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintaining high standards of work throughout projects.

  • Team Morale: Creating a supportive and engaging environment for the team.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £32,000 to £45,000 per annum, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
