Glasgow Airport, Scotland
Working with interior designers Graven Images, KSLD designed the lighting for the BA Business Lounge in Glasgow Airport to provide a comfortable and dynamic space that could respond to different day and nighttime conditions, acknowledging the 24/7 nature of modern personal and business travel. The entire scheme is colour-tunable between cool- and warm-white lighting that responds to the daylight characteristics throughout the day and allows the artificial lighting to change as required by the lounge operators.
Dimmable LED light sources were used throughout except for some of the more decorative pendant and table lamp items in the space.
