And the winner of the best exterior lighting project at the recent 2008 Middle East Lighting Design Awards (MELDA) is... Aspire Tower in Doha, Qatar. The lighting concept, by Scottish firm Kevan Shaw Lighting Design (KSLD), was commended for its sustainable technology.
